My earliest art heroes were sculptor Gaston Lachaise. A lifelong athlete, I have always found the human figure an endless source of inspiration, with its landscapes of flesh and bone and nuances of gesture. The Friends of Colonial Pemaquid welcome you to Colonial Pemaquid, a National Historic Landmark, owned by the State of Maine, where you will find more than a wonderful view of the Atlantic ocean, Pemaquid Harbor, and Johns Bay.
